Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day are prioritised for same-day processing.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking
Every The Lab Grip shipment is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number
- A direct link to real-time tracking
- Automated delivery notifications at key milestones
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union include all applicable VAT — no additional charges at delivery.
For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and local VAT may apply depending on your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
The Lab Grip declares all shipments accurately and in full compliance with international trade regulations.
Failed Deliveries
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notification and retain your parcel at the nearest collection point for a minimum of 14 days.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. A re-dispatch fee equivalent to the standard shipping rate for your zone will apply.
The Lab Grip accepts no liability for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us at shipping@thelabgrip.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
For shipments confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a full replacement or refund following the carrier's formal investigation — typically resolved within 7 to 10 business days.
